The jazz performer Nancy Wilson a three-time Grammy Award winner was born on February 20, 1937, in the city of Chillicothe, Ohio. Her parents were ironworker Olden Wilson, and former Lillian Ryan who worked as a domestic servant. Nancy Wilson was first child of six. She went to The Big Town, New York in 1959. Her agent heard her speak at The Blue Morocco Night Club, Boston Road, The Bronx and she then signed her contract.
