Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson
Nancy Wilson, a jazz singer and three-time Grammy Award winner was born in Ohio, Chillicothe 20 February 1937, to Olden Wilson an ironworker who had worked for a long period as housekeeper. Nancy was the sixth of seven children. Nancy's father was an avid musician and would play records with his children at home. It had a huge influence in her early years. In her early years, she already had an idea of her identity and what she wanted to do. Church choirs helped develop this talent. When she won a talent contest on TV when she was 15 years old, she began to appear regularly on Skyline Melodies, while still at high school. At the age of 15years old, Nancy started her professional career at nightclubs. After graduating from high school the 17-year old Nancy matriculated for one term at Ohio's Central State College now Central State University prior to going on to become professional as a musician. The first album she recorded was in 1956 with Rusty's Carolyn Club Big Band. They toured with her from 1956-1958. Nancy made her debut record with Dot Records while in the band. Cannonball addederley advised her to relocate into New York for her career, and in 1959 she made the move into The Big Town. Within a short time she began singing at The Blue Morocco Night Club situated on Boston Road near The Bronx. The representative of Adderley heard her sing and immediately agreed to sign her. The singer made her debut in the year 1960, with the single "Girls" after she signed the contract with Capitol records. Guess Who I Stopped Today. Capitol issued five Nancy Wilson albums within two years. In the era of Adderley Wilson's leadership, Wilson started focusing on R&B but soon shifted to jazz and torch music. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley formed a band in 1962. This led to her rise up the charts. By 1963 she scored her greatest success with Tell Me the Truth. The following year, she was asked to perform at New York's Coconut Grove, the most famous night club in America.
Maisie Richardson-Sellers is a British actor and actress in the film and television industry. Her most well-known role was her role as Chloe Winthrop on Netflix's The Kissing Booth. Maisie Richardson Sellers is a British actress born in England. She is the daughter of Joy Richardson. She attended private school as well as graduated at Oxford University. She is a graduate in Archaeology and Anthropology. Maisie started her career acting in the short film Our First World in the year 2012. She appeared in a shorter movie Americano and Rum as Ellie in the year 2013. The actress was featured in an appearance as Korr Sella in the film Short Wars: The Force Awakens in 2015. in the Netflix Original Movie The Kissing Booth Season 2 or 3, she played Chloe Winthrop.
